A workflow assessment to map the bottlenecks and define what should change
We investigate your workflows, map the bottlenecks, and recommend a solution with a defined project scope.
This is for you if you know which process needs attention, but not yet what should change, what can be connected, or what a sensible pilot would involve. The AI Strategy Session is included.
What happens
- Goals and constraints. Establish them through the included strategy session, or build on the session you have already completed.
- Trace the work. Follow how work moves between people, documents, software, and the systems where your official records live: your accounting system, CRM or core platform. Identify delays, repeated manual steps, and decisions that need human judgment.
- Evaluate the options. Decide whether the answer is a process change, an existing software upgrade, custom integrations, or a combination.
- Review. Walk through the findings and recommended next steps with you.

Your participation
Introduce the people who do the work, send sample documents by a method we agree on in advance, and review the findings. We agree the required staff time before starting.
What you receive
- A workflow map of how the work actually moves today.
- A recommended approach, whether that is a process change, a software upgrade, custom integration or a combination.
- Requirements for the recommended change.
- A defined project scope. Where a build makes sense, that scope is what we quote from.
Standalone value. A basis for deciding whether to invest, change the process, or stop. The assessment is useful as your company’s AI and workflow modernization roadmap even if you are not ready to build a custom solution yet.
What it does not include. Implementation is not included in the standalone assessment.

Already had a Strategy Session?
If you already paid $850 for the AI Strategy Session, the assessment is $3,650 more. Either route totals $4,500.
If you continue to implementation
Strategy and assessment payments count toward Custom AI & Automation. The usual route is $850 + $3,650 = $4,500, and that $4,500 counts once toward implementation within three months of your first engagement.
If you buy implementation directly, strategy and assessment are included with no separate assessment charge.
Each payment is credited once. If you paid $850 for the strategy session and then the full $4,500 for the assessment, so the strategy credit never got applied, both payments ($5,350) count toward implementation. We never count the same payment twice, and a refunded payment does not count. Detailed credit terms are explained at engagement time and included in the proposal and contract.

We already had a Strategy Session. What do we pay?
$3,650 more, for $4,500 in total, within three months of your first engagement. If you have not had a session, the $4,500 assessment includes it.
Does the assessment include building anything?
No. Implementation is not included in the standalone assessment. You receive a workflow map, recommended approach, requirements and a defined project scope; where a build makes sense, that scope is what we quote from.
Is it worth doing if we are not ready to build?
Yes. The findings give you a basis for deciding whether to invest, change the process, or stop, and serve as an AI and workflow modernization roadmap. The recommended answer may be a process change or an upgrade to software you already have rather than anything custom.
How much of our team’s time does it take?
We agree the required staff time, access and review sessions before starting. Your team introduces the people who do the work, provides sample documents and reviews the findings.
How do we share sample documents?
By a method we agree on in advance, as part of the engagement. Please do not send them through the website booking or inquiry forms. Isometric does not host your proprietary or customer datasets.
Does the $4,500 count toward a build?
Yes. Strategy and assessment payments count once toward Custom AI & Automation within three months of your first engagement. You do not have to buy an assessment first: implementation bought directly includes strategy and assessment.
