Custom AI and automation, built with your team and supported after launch
We build and connect your systems, prepare your people to use them, and support them after launch. Strategy, assessment, training and governance are included.
This is for you if you want a working system your team can run after we hand it over, with the training and controls already in place.
What happens
- Agree the scope. Set the scope, success measures and review checkpoints.
- Build and test. Build and test the solution with the people who will use it.
- Launch and hand over. Launch the system and hand over the agreed documentation.
Your participation
Your team provides system access, workflow expertise, test feedback, and approval at agreed checkpoints.
Included in the implementation price
- AI Strategy Session and Workflow Assessment for the agreed scope.
- The agreed custom AI, automations and integrations.
- One-time team and leadership coaching and workshop.
- Governance policy and enforcement controls for the agreed scope.
- Three months of ongoing support after final project delivery.
A defined implementation with the preparation, controls, and early support needed to put it to work. You do not have to enter a continuing retainer.
How the quote and credits work
Each project receives a custom quote covering the complete agreed engagement, including the services above. Prices exclude travel costs.
Prior payments reduce the balance
- Payments already made for strategy and assessment reduce the remaining amount due.
- Strategy then assessment: $850 + $3,650 = $4,500, and that $4,500 counts toward implementation, not $5,350.
- If both full fees were actually paid without a previous credit, both payments ($5,350) count. We never count the same payment twice, and a refunded payment does not count.
- Each payment is credited once, within three months of your first engagement.

You do not have to buy a strategy session or workflow assessment first. If you buy implementation directly, both are included with no separate assessment charge.
Your proposal shows eligible prior payments and the remaining balance separately. Detailed credit terms are explained at engagement time and included in the proposal and contract. Where a financial estimate is useful, we show the assumptions and ongoing costs; time released for other work is not automatically a cash saving.
What you own
- Your custom work. You own the custom code and workflows we build for you.
- Independent operation. You can keep running the system without a continuing Isometric support contract.
- Private AI builds. A private AI deployment built under this engagement also includes ownership of your deployed model copies and inference setup, with complete model weights handed over.
Applicable model and software licenses still apply; other products retain their own licenses and charges. Isometric does not host your proprietary or customer datasets. We agree any access needed for implementation or support as part of the engagement.
After the included support
After the three included months, you can negotiate a fee to continue Ongoing AI Support for the existing solution. Or choose an Outsourced AI Department partnership for continuing advice, development, training and support. Neither is required to keep using what we built.
Questions buyers ask
Do we have to buy a strategy session or assessment first?
No. You can commission implementation directly; the strategy session and workflow assessment for the agreed scope are included in the price, with no separate assessment charge.
We already paid for strategy or an assessment. How does that count?
Those payments reduce the remaining amount due. Each payment is credited once, within three months of your first engagement, and your proposal shows eligible prior payments and the remaining balance separately.
Why is there no published price?
The work depends on the workflow, the systems involved and the agreed scope, so each project receives a custom quote and a timeline agreed for it. The quote covers the included services; additional software, hosting or usage costs are identified separately, and prices exclude travel costs.
Who owns what you build?
You own the custom code and workflows we build for you, and you can keep running the system without a continuing Isometric support contract. Third-party products and models remain subject to their own licenses and charges.
What happens after the three months of support?
You can run the system yourselves, negotiate a fee to continue Ongoing AI Support, or choose the Outsourced AI Department partnership. The three months start after final project delivery.
Will Isometric hold our data?
No. Isometric does not host your proprietary or customer datasets. Access needed for implementation or support is agreed as part of the engagement. The details you give us when booking a call or sending an inquiry are kept separately, in our business records, so we can reply and follow up.
