What this notice covers

Isometric Partners LLC operates this website. This notice covers this website and our business correspondence with you. We provide consulting, systems and training work. We do not host clients’ proprietary or customer datasets. Access to records for project work, and how they are handled, is agreed separately in the client agreement.

What you send us

When you send a written request, we receive your email address, your message, the page you sent it from and any campaign labels in that page’s address.

When you book a call, we receive your name, your email address and the time you choose, along with anything else you add: company, role, team size, phone number, the topic, the outcome you want and how you heard about us.

Describe the work, not private records. Please do not send customer data, passwords or financial documents through these forms.

Website and security information

To deliver pages and stop automated abuse, the services that run this website process technical information such as your IP address and the details of each request. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and receives your IP address.

When you arrive from another website, or from a link with campaign labels, the site notes those labels, the referring site’s address (not the full page), the page you landed on and the time. It keeps the first of these notes in your browser’s local storage, with no set expiry, and sends it with a booking. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it.

Pages in our Insights section load fonts from Google, so your browser requests them from Google’s servers.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, arrange and hold meetings, follow up on the work you asked about, and keep our records of correspondence and client relationships. We also use submission records to prevent duplicate requests and to look into delivery or security problems.

We use our own software, including AI-assisted tools, to organize inquiries and prepare material for a partner to review. A partner is responsible for the reply.

Who else handles it

Our partners. The companies that provide our website, security checks, email and calendar process information to provide those services to us. A booked call appears in our calendar and in the calendar invitation sent to you.

How long we keep it

Inquiries, bookings and correspondence become part of our business records. They are not deleted automatically when a call ends or after we reply.

Write to hello@isometricpartners.com to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete information you have given us. Please do not include sensitive records in the message. We will review the request and tell you what we can do, including any records we need to keep.
