You see possibilities for AI but want help deciding what deserves attention. You may already pay for tools that your team barely uses, have several competing ideas, or need an independent view before committing to a project.
What happens
- Before the session. You share the questions you want answered and the tools your team uses.
- The session. We spend ninety minutes together examining priorities, practical opportunities and constraints.
Where we work
We are based in Roanoke, Virginia, and work on site across Virginia, Washington D.C. and North Carolina, and remotely elsewhere. Prices exclude travel costs.
What you receive
A short action plan: what to try, what to leave alone, and what needs closer investigation.
Use it with your own team; further work with us is optional.
What it does not include. This session does not include a detailed workflow assessment or a software build.

$850 for the 90-minute session. Prices exclude travel costs.

- After your $850 Strategy Session, the Workflow Assessment costs $3,650 more: $4,500 in total.
- Alternatively, apply the $850 toward Custom AI & Automation.
- Each payment is credited once, within three months of your first engagement.

Strategy is included if you buy either larger engagement directly. Nothing on our engagement list requires the one before it.
Detailed credit terms are explained at engagement time and included in the proposal and contract.

Do we need to share private records?
No. Come ready to talk about the problem, the questions you want answered and the tools your team uses. You do not need to bring private records.
What does the session not cover?
It does not include a detailed workflow assessment or a software build. If a process needs closer investigation, the action plan says so, and the Workflow Assessment is the engagement for that.
Does the $850 count if we go further?
Yes. After the session, the Workflow Assessment costs $3,650 more, for $4,500 in total. Or apply the $850 toward Custom AI & Automation. Each payment is credited once, within three months of your first engagement.
Are we committing to more work with you?
No. The action plan is yours to use with your own team, and further work with us is optional. You also do not need the session before buying a Workflow Assessment or Custom AI & Automation; strategy is included in both.
How is this different from the free call?
The free 30-minute call is to understand your situation and say plainly whether any engagement is worth your time and money. Booking it does not purchase the session. The paid session is ninety minutes with both partners working through your priorities.
