One week for the agreed package, with the necessary information and decision-makers available.
AI Policy, Vendor Review & Governance
Decide which tools may be used, how information is protected, and where people must review the work. Then turn the agreed policy into practical controls.
A one-week engagement for $3,500. You receive a policy your team can understand and apply, findings on the vendors in scope, named responsibilities, and a record of the controls applied or still needed.
Your team is using AI or wants to, but responsibilities, privacy, which company information may go into which tool, vendor requirements and approval rules are unclear.
The engagement establishes clearer AI use without commissioning a custom build.

Leadership sets the business boundaries. The relevant system owners help review and apply controls.
What this is not. The engagement is not a legal opinion, a compliance certification or a guarantee against every misuse. Controls your current tools cannot enforce are named as gaps for further technical work or specialist advice.
Standalone
Your $3,500 is credited once toward follow-up technical work or implementation of controls, within three months of your first engagement. Detailed credit terms are explained at engagement time and included in the proposal and contract.
When combined
Custom AI & Automation includes governance policy and enforcement controls for the agreed implementation scope. Your Outsourced AI Department keeps governance under review as tools and uses change.
You do not have to buy a strategy session or assessment first. Prices exclude travel costs. We are based in Roanoke, Virginia, and work on site across Virginia, Washington D.C. and North Carolina, and remotely elsewhere.
No. You receive a practical policy, vendor findings, responsibilities and a record of controls. It is not a legal opinion, a compliance certification or a guarantee against every misuse. Where a question needs specialist advice, we name it as a gap.
Both, within the agreed scope. We turn on the agreed controls your existing tools already support. Controls that need extra technical work are recorded as gaps rather than left implied.

Not for that build. Custom AI & Automation includes governance policy and enforcement controls for its agreed scope. The standalone engagement suits rules for AI use more broadly, or before any build is planned.
Leadership, to set the business boundaries, and the owners of the systems in scope, to help review and apply controls. The week depends on the necessary information and decision-makers being available.
No. There is no required engagement sequence. You can start with governance directly.
